2. Firearms Sales & Transfers

All firearm and regulated product sales are conducted in compliance with applicable laws.

  • All firearm purchases are subject to background checks
  • Firearms may require shipment to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer
  • Certain items may be restricted based on your location

Brevard Armory does not guarantee eligibility to purchase or possess any item listed on this site.

3. NFA Items (Future Sales)

Certain items (such as suppressors, short-barreled rifles, etc.) are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA).

When offered:

  • All NFA items will require additional federal approval
  • Extended processing times may apply
  • Customers are responsible for complying with all NFA requirements

4. Third-Party Transaction Processing

Brevard Armory uses third-party software, including Orchid Advisors, to manage product listings, customer accounts, and transactions.

By completing a purchase, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided by these third-party systems.

We are not responsible for errors, outages, or issues arising from third-party platforms.

When account functionality is enabled:
